FALL CONFERENCE on THEOLOGY, 2015
Christian Suffering

Christians suffer. Of that, there can be no doubt. But, sometimes our suffering can lead us to doubt God: “Why does God allow suffering? Is He punishing me? Am I meriting something? Where is Christ in all of this?” Join us as we welcome Pastor Bryan Wolfmueller as guest speaker to lead us in this discussion.

Pastor Wolfmueller and his wife Keri have four wonderful children, Hannah, Andrew, Daniel and Isaac. He received his Masters of Divinity from Concordia Theological Seminary in Ft Wayne, IN. He received the divine call to serve as the pastor of Hope Lutheran Church, where he recently celebrated his tenth anniversary. He is the co-host of Table Talk Radio, Editor of “Around the Word”, and member of the Doxology Collegium. He has written Final Victory: Contemplating the Death and Burial of a Christian and the forth-coming The Surprise of the Gospel: The Alternative to American Christianity (both CPH). He is the co-editor and contributor to Theology is Eminently Practical: Essays in Honor of Prof John T. Pless (Lutheran Legacy, 2012). In 2014 he began and contributes to the daily Bible meditation blog "Rightly Divided." Bryan really likes Law and Gospel.
